Bla Bheinn (Blaven) bathed in early morning sunlight, viewed across Loch Slapin from near the village of Torrin on the road to Elgol. Bla Bheinn is an outlying member of the Black Cuillin range. The lower central peak is Clach Glas, and although only 786m high has been called the Matterhorn of Skye. The traverse of Clach Glas is a celebrated scramble.
