The now very famous Glenfinnan Viaduct, Loch Shiel and hills Sgurr Ghuibhsachain (left) and Beinn Odhar Bheag (right) in morning light from the approach to the long ridge leading to the wonderful Corbett Streap, north of Glenfinnan, Lochaber. The Harry Potter films really have changed Glenfinnan and it’s nice to see the tourists take such an interest in the viaduct and its surrounds, I’ve been here as a tourist too with a Harry Potter mad daughter. It’s also great to walk up the glen heading for the hills knowing they’re just as quiet as usual. The long ridge to Streap is a lovely hill walk.
