Stob Coire Claurigh – Roof of the Grey Corries from the fine subsidiary top of Stob Coire na Ceannain to the north east. Early April spring snow wreathes the east face of Stob Coire Claurigh. Aonach Beag, Ben Nevis and Aonach Mor are poking their heads up on the right of the shot whilst Buachaille Etive Mor and the Black Mount peaks are distant on the left. The ridge out to Stob Coire na Ceannain from Stob Coire Claurigh is highly recommended. It’s an easy but airy ridge and less frequented that the main Grey Corries summits with a great view to boot.
