The South Glen Shiel Ridge - A Panorama, Lochalsh & Knoydart

A panoramic view of the South Glen Shiel Ridge from Meall a’ Charra on the southern flank of Sgurr a’ Bhealaich Dheirg. From the left are Loch Cluanie, Creag a’ Mhaim and Druim Shionnach, Aonach air Chrith, Maol Chinn-dearg, Sgurr Coire na Feinne, Sgurr an Doire Leathain, Sgurr an Lochain; Sgurr Beag with the summit of Creag nan Damh just peaking over the ridge to the right. Away right down the glen are shapely Faochag, The Saddle, Sgurr na Forcan and the Forcan Ridge. Further right still, on the north side of Glen Shiel, are Sgurr na Ciste Duibhe, Sgurr nan Spainteach and more distant Sgurr Fhuaran poking above the ridge.
